What Are the Benefits of Becoming a Partner of the Syracuse Center of Excellence?

Syracuse Center of Excellence engages more than 200 businesses and institutions to collaborate on sustainable innovations to improve built and urban environments—the places in which we live, work, and learn.

SyracuseCoE members work on research, development, and educational projects relating to clean and renewable energy, indoor environmental quality, and water resources.

The work of the Syracuse Center of Excellence is to facilitate collaborations between industry and institutional members; to direct grants toward R&D, prototype testing, and commercialization; and to benefit Central Upstate New York by encouraging community stewardship of natural resources and by leveraging the region’s “green assets” to create sustainable jobs and wealth.

By becoming a partner, organizations have the opportunity to:

  • Network with industry stakeholders and prospective clients.
  • Connect to potential academic and/or industry collaborators.
  • Gain access to premier facilities, research institutions, and world-renowned experts.
